PLANNED GIVING
What is Planned Giving?
Planned giving or legacy giving allows you to make gifts to The Elizabeth Coalition to House the Homeless from your estate, meaning you can make a gift today that will make a difference tomorrow. There are many available options, often with significant tax advantages and/or possibilities for increased current or future income. A planned gift can be in the form of cash, appreciated securities/stock, real estate, artwork, partnership interests, personal property, life insurance or a retirement plan. The benefits of funding a planned gift can make this type of charitable giving very attractive to both donor and charity.
