• Street Outreach: Meeting people exactly where they are to provide immediate aid.

• Eviction Prevention & Diversion: Keeping families in their homes before a crisis occurs.

• Emergency Motel Sheltering: Providing safe, immediate shelter for those left with nowhere else to go.

• Transitional Housing: Creating a bridge from homelessness to independence.

• Permanent Housing Services: Securing long-term stability and a place to truly call home.
